The purpose of this program is to prepare persons for mid- and upper-level management and administration positions in colleges and universities. The program integrates theory and practice to enable graduates to deal with the diverse and complex demands of leadership in today's rapidly changing educational environments.

Students that are writing a thesis should select one elective courses for a total of 3 elective hours.
